Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Your Grub Burger Bar card may only be used for making purchases at participating Grub Burger Bar restaurants in the U.S. or online on our website. Card has no value until purchased and activated. It cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. The value of this card will not be replaced if the card is damaged, lost, or stolen. Refund Policy

All Gift Card Sales are final.

Refunds may be given for Grub Burger Bar tees and hats.

Please note that no returns will be accepted at Grub Burger Bar locations. If you have made a purchase online and you are not completely satisfied with it, we will gladly arrange for a credit or refund if returned within 15 days of shipment, excluding shipping and handling.

Return freight expense is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend one of our preferred carriers – either UPS, FedEx or USPS – to execute.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. They must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Grub Burger Bar will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for lost packages without proof of delivery.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please email inquiry@grubburgerbar.com.

If you place an order over the weekend, or on an observed holiday, we will process your order on the next business day. We do not ship on observed holidays.

Shipping And Handling Costs

Shipping charges vary depending on the size of your order including its weight and the Zip Code you are shipping to. Estimated shipping charges for the various shipping options we offer are available at the point of checkout to assist you in selecting your preferred shipping method.

Note: Oversized or special delivery items may be subject to a secondary delivery charge in addition to the standard shipping rates quoted.

Tax on Shirts & Hats

Please Note: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. Texas orders will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
