Helloooooo, summer! For a while it seemed like you weren’t going to get here, so we had Chef Cliff Wright get to work creating a little somethin’ somethin’ to bring about the feel of our favorite season. And wouldn’t you know it? As soon as he perfected his recipes, here you are!
So, are we saying that Grub Burger Bar knows how to beat the heat? Maybe not, but we’re definitely taking credit anyway. And we think you’ll agree when you try our new May/June Market items.
First up is the Cuban Sandwich. This boss hog features citrus-braised pork, ham, melted Swiss, caramelized onion mustard and pickles on our homemade garlic bread. As always, we use the most primo of primo ingredients. And at just $6.50 per sammy, you can’t afford not to give it a whirl.
Next: the Bananas Foster Shake, our take on the classic dessert from the Big Easy. Rich and creamy, we top ours with fresh sliced bananas and silky caramel sauce. Decadence has never been sweeter.
